VIAH (VN/CZ)

viah is a Prague-based electropop band composed of the musical trio Vi, Rosa, and Tomáš, along with visual artist Nina. It’s an audiovisual project—an electronic tandem that does things its own way. They experiment with whatever synths they get their hands on, sing, and dance.

The delicate vocal harmonies of Vi and Rosa are carried by danceable beats crafted by Tomáš Martínek (TMA), while Nina enhances the storytelling through visuals. "We always try to surprise each other first."

Their concerts invite you into their personal emotional sauna—each time, they sweat through their workwear, pushing themselves to their limits. They are introverted souls with an inner need for exhibitionism. Moody, a bit cheeky, detail-oriented, and eager to experiment.

In 2019, they won Czeching, the music contest by Radio Wave. They have played over 100 shows, including 20 abroad, with performances at Sziget 2023 and Colours of Ostrava 2023.
