VEGA ELEKTRA (CZ)

VEGA ELEKTRA is a Czech indie-pop band that appeared on the music scene two years ago. The band's name is inspired by two stars in the night sky. Although the band is relatively new, its members are experienced musicians with a rich history on the Czech music scene.

The frontman and main author of music and lyrics is Martin Dolejš. Their debut album "Znamení" is the end of one stage in his life and the beginning of a new one. The album reflects his personal experiences from recent years and offers listeners the opportunity to find a piece of themselves in it.

The rhythm of the band is provided by drummer Tomáš Kozelka, known for his work in Ondřej Brzobohatý's band and work at the DEMA Creative Production studio. Tomáš Otevřel, a member of the Czech Radio Symphony Orchestra, plays the bass guitar. Vocals are enriched by singer Tereza Rainin, who has collaborated with artists such as Kamil Střihavka or Václav Bárta. The latest addition is the talented keyboardist Denisa Gyürkeová.

Among their most famous songs is “Konec”, which was introduced as a single from the album “Znamení”. The band plans to release new music videos and is working on material for a second album. Fans can look forward to live performances at summer festivals and other events.

VEGA ELEKTRA is an example of a modern Czech band that combines the experience of its members with new energy and creativity, thus appealing to a wide range of listeners.
